Product development
- it is an ongoing process that can eventually turn into a never-ending stream of tasks.

In order not to get bogged down in this flow and not lose the original goal, the workflow is divided into equal time iterations, the so-called sprints.

Sprints should not be too long.
They are usually measured in weeks from 1 to 4.

2 weeks
the most popular sprint length.
During the sprint, the team tries to complete the previously agreed amount of work and, as a result, provide an updated version of the product. A new sprint starts immediately after the end of the previous one, there are no pauses between them, as, in fact, in your workflow.
Create automatic sprints
You just need to transfer the estimated tasks to the flow, and the platform will determine the maximum number of tasks that will be included in the sprint.

Tasks that are not included in the current sprint will automatically be transferred to the new one.

You can always change the content of a sprint by simply changing the sequence of tasks in a thread.

The graph shows the actual and planned speed of the sprint.
Work progress for each team member is available.
Easily generate reports on the work done for any of the sprints.
Evaluate how team productivity changes over several sprints.
At the end of the sprint, hold retrospectives where, with the team, you can identify stumbling blocks to achieving the expected results.
